Fitness Adventure isn’t about telling you how to work out, it’s about getting you motivated to actually show up and do the movement you already know works for you.
That said, if you ever have a “what do I even do today?” moment, we’ve got you covered. The game includes a no-think dice workout, where you roll to decide your movement. It comes with low-mobility and chair-based options as well, so there’s always something accessible and doable, even on low-energy days.
